&lt;p&gt;I was messing with the excel sheet it outputs and I am having some trouble and wondered if I could get some help. I am trying to clean up some of the code for the weapon boxes. I cleaned up the equipment section some and added the ability to calculate the value of equipment. and give you the amount of trust after item is purchased.

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I just ran a party through the milk run adventure and here is a couple of the questions that came up&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1.&amp;nbsp; When a grigori decides to state&#45;shift is there any roll or difficulty rating that needs to be beaten?&amp;nbsp; Or is it simply if he has enough points in his shifting pool then its an automatic success so there is no way to fail in a state&#45;shift.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; When you try and state&#45;shift another character is there a resist check that the character has to fail in order for the state&#45;shift to work?&amp;nbsp; And if so then if someone in your party tries to state shift you do you still have to roll for the resist check even if you want the shifting to take place?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; If you use a skill during your active segments when in combat does that take dice out of your dice pool for the cycle?&amp;nbsp; For example a character is active in say segments 3, 6 and decides to use a skill say tactics if he uses 3 dice for a tactics roll does he only have 3 dice left when he is active again in segment 6 or does he still have all 6 dice available?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;4.&amp;nbsp; If you are active during segment 3 and 6 and its segment 6 and your turn is over and you have used all your dice.&amp;nbsp; A monster (for example chameleon spinner 3.2.1) does a poisonous bite attack and hits you do you still have 0 dice left in which to make the resist check of 15 for vitality? So in essence there is no way to make the resist check and you are just automatically poisoned because the monster attacks after you?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;5.&amp;nbsp; Somewhere in the rules (can&#8217;t remember exactly where i read it sorry) it said that your damage modifier can never be more then the amount of damage you actually roll for your attack so if you roll 4 damage the most you can receive is +4 from your damage modifier.&amp;nbsp; So if you state&#45;shift your density to level 4 it gives you an unarmed damage bonus of +8.&amp;nbsp; Does this add directly to the damage of the weapon or is this just more damage from your damage modifier?&amp;nbsp; Since basic unarmed attacks are only 1D4 of damage the most you could ever roll is 4 damage then is 1/2 of your +8 from the state&#45;shifting wasted?&amp;nbsp; Or does it mean that your base unarmed damage becomes 1D4+8 and then you add in your damage modifier from your athleticism?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;6.&amp;nbsp; It says in section 7.11.14 of the core rulebook that endurance can be used to do a variety of things.&amp;nbsp; The two that i have a question on are:&lt;br /&gt;
&#45;&#8220;decrease the exertion rating of a melee weapon by 1 for 1 segment&#8221;&amp;nbsp; Can you spend multiple endurance to reduce the exertion rating all the way to 0 for that segment?&lt;br /&gt;
&#45;&#8220;add 1&#45;3 (GM&#8217;s discretion) to any physical success check roll&#8221;&amp;nbsp; Can you spend multiple for this as well&#8230;and can you spend it after you roll for the attack or do you have to do it before you roll?&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;just picked this game up a few days ago and i have to say i&#8217;m already falling in love with the system. It takes the best of every system i&#8217;ve ran and puts in one nice package. Just wanted to introduce myself. I&#8217;ve been RPing/GMing for about a decade now in systems such as D&amp;amp;D 3.5, old World of Darkness (all of them), Free Form RPing, Traveler, Star Wars, etc. I&#8217;m huge on altering systems to fit my needs (although I doubt i&#8217;ll need to with this system.), making customized monsters, and bringing new elements that aren&#8217;t included in the books. I do plan on creating my own creations (especially monsters) and if anyone&#8217;s interested i&#8217;ll post them up here for public use. One question before I go, does anyone run an online campaign so i can actually play and get used to it instead of jumping straight into running it like i usually have to do?

&lt;p&gt;I assume some of you used Milk Run as a campaign opening, but in what location did you set it? &lt;br /&gt;
Any thoughts/hints on starting a campaign? I&#8217;d like to kick&#45;off something where the characters AND players do not know much about the world straight off the bat, but get wiser with their characters. None of my players read the book.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I&#8217;m finding that I&#8217;m not real happy with the official AO character sheets, or at least how they&#8217;ll initially be used in my game. I&#8217;m wondering if anyone has made their own homemade character sheets that they&#8217;d like to share before I go to the trouble of creating one myself. A few things my ideal character sheet would have (I&#8217;m just brainstorming here):&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. Get rid of the &#8220;Uses&#8221; section by all the skills. Takes up a lot of space and not a rule I plan to use. Would probably use the space so you could put &#8220;Total&#8221; in there for Field Ranks + Skill Ranks + Equipment/Deviation/Ability mods and thus don&#8217;t have to add them all up every time.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2. In the equipment section, &#8220;Repair Multiplier&#8221; has just as much space as &#8220;Name&#8221;. Would rather see this shrunk down so there is more room to write the name in.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;3. Room for a few more weapons, as well as a line that summaries the to&#45;hit and damage. I&#8217;d like the player to be able to just look down and see they have +11 to&#45;hit (from say, 4 field ranks, 5 skill ranks, and a laser sight) rather than have to total that up every time. Right now, there&#8217;s not a spot to even write that +2 from the laser sight.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;4. Bigger box for weapon damage. Tough to write shotgun damage in that tiny space! Could probably get rid of Mass, and could probably free up some space by not having &#8220;Field&#8221; and &#8220;Skill&#8221; there once. After all, once you write your ranks in there, you don&#8217;t really have to know that it&#8217;s &#8220;Small Arms&#8221; and &#8220;Pistol&#8221;, since the numbers are already right there. Plus, most weapons are pretty obvious what they&#8217;d be even without checking in the book.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;5. Either a separate box or a little more room under &#8220;SI&#8221; to track armor damage (so that you can show both max and current).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;6. Possibly rearranging the first page so some room is left for a write&#45;it&#45;in&#45;yourself skill section where you can just list what the most common skills for your character are, along with your dice pool + total bonus. Basically a quick&#45;reference for your frequently used skills.

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I ordered the Alpha Omega core rulebook and still haven&#8217;t received it. I ordered The Encountered at the same time and received that within a week. Around the end of July I emailed Mind Storm labs and they responded promptly (within a few hours) and said didn&#8217;t know why I didn&#8217;t have it yet and that they&#8217;d resend the order.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Last Monday I still hadn&#8217;t received the book and tried contacting them again. This time I got no email response. On Wednesday or Thursday I tried calling Mind Storm Labs phone number that had been listed in my previous customer support email, but a woman answered the phone who said she had no idea what I was talking about and I had the wrong number. I triple checked and had dialed the number correctly. So I left one more email and haven&#8217;t gotten a response to that one yet either.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In another week, I&#8217;ll be nearing the 45 day window in which I can dispute the Paypal charge (the money was indeed removed the day I placed the order), so I&#8217;m trying hard to get this resolved before I have to resort to that. Since customer support no longer seems to be responding, I figured I&#8217;d try the forums.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In the meantime, if anyone is looking to buy a core rulebook, I recommend buying off Amazon instead. This whole thing is leaving a bad taste in my mouth and I heard some stories at GenCon that I&#8217;m not the only one with this problem. I&#8217;m a little worried about people who might order post&#45;GenCon since during the GenCon AO events, coupon codes were being given out. Going to have a lot of irate people if this happens to everyone.
