exactly - and my Friday night game was completely composed of Walk-ins, and my Saturday night game had one guy that was a walk-in that had stopped by while I was sitting around with no players during the afternoon slot and we just talked about the game and setting and an overview of the rules - he was interested enough to come back for the evening slot to game… (I guess that means I’m doing my job!)

Exactly my point.
I’ve had so many walk ins in the past, just because I am always set up early and have the books laid out for passers-by to see.
The artwork grabs their attention, and then I give them an overview.

I love it when that happens smile

I played the Saturday evening slot, and it was awesome! Most of everyone who played in my group went to Megacon, as that was the time slot we had agreed to all meet up at and play. The other walk-in was great, he really seemed to enjoy himself. We played the “Something Fishy” story and it was really fun. We managed to get through the whole story in our alloted time slot, with a little bit of crunch-timing towards the end.

I really gotta thank you, MSL-CD, having never been to a convention before, let alone a convention game, you were a great GM and gave me a great first experience. I played one other RPG in the morning and although the game itself seemed really cool and fun to play, the GM made for one of the most boring RPG sessions I’ve had to sit through. I was also able to get a lot of questions answered about the AO game mechanics and story. Overall, I have to say that that session was the highlight of my day at Megacon. Also thanks, for signing my book!

My group is going to be playing our next session of AO tomorrow and we’re all looking forward to it now!
