Not like I can stop ya bro .. I know people use each others artwork.  I wish there was a way to make it so my avatar was one of a kind but there isn’t.

I’d still say it is worth the $60 it cost whether you use it or not. 

Actually, it is really cool. I did not realize it was custom until you mentioned it. Whoever did it, give them props for me.
And for what it is worth, I don’t really take artwork without asking. I have a lawyer friend who is an Intellectual Property attorney and I’ve learned the value of creative rights over the years.
There is a LOT of hard work that goes into both the creation and updating of such work, and I admire those who can do it.
As a musician, I respect those that create stuff from scratch, and the process of creation itself.

Well that’s why it’s important to only use stuff from the sites where it’s free.  I won’t take artwork from someone who makes money on something like avatars.

But if there’s a free wallpaper out there with a good character I use it to make an avatar and from what I understand as long as the original product is free and you use it for non-profit stuff then it’s legal.

Course I’m not a lawyer so I could be wrong.

But yeah, lots of really cool free stuff out there.
Awesome of people to put stuff out there for the universe to use as they feel.
I wish I was artistic all the time, would make finding that “good” character portrait much easier.
