6.2.8 indicates that Lesser Grigori are the only species that collect CDP on forced drawbacks, since no other species have the line “...but still receive the associated CDP refunds.”
6.2.8 in the Lesser Grigori game elements it says:
“Lesser Grigori must choose at least 100 CDPs worth of
Drawbacks during Character Creation but still receive the
associated CDP refunds.”
But in:
6.7.2 it states:
“Characters forced to select Drawbacks during
Character Creation because of their species receive
a CDP refund for these Drawbacks.”
Even though 6.7.2 seems clear, there is significant doubt cast upon it by the description of Lesser Grigori.
